Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Place the item in its original Fitzgerald signature packaging, ensuring all certificates and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
